Don’t just take my word for it, see what my clients have to say!

It was lovely to have you back on the show on Monday. You are such a good speaker and you connect with people in a way they can understand and not feel overwhelmed.
We were absolutely delighted with the health/nutrition & puppy therapy session we partnered with Summra on. Summra’s 20 minute talk was incredibly engaging, informative, and easy for everyone to understand. Our participants came away feeling far more aware of how nutrition can support stress reduction, better sleep, and long-term health. The way Summra connected healthy eating with uplifting activities like puppy play was especially powerful, and it created such a positive flow into the 40 minutes of puppy interaction that followed. The group’s mood was noticeably boosted, and we received fantastic comments about how inspired, relaxed, and health-conscious they felt afterwards. Thank you for bringing such valuable expertise and warmth to our event, we would happily work with you again.
We were delighted to welcome Summra to Brampton College as part of our annual 'Wellbeing Day' during which students are off timetable and can choose to participate in a range of different activities to support their physical and mental health. Summra was the keynote speaker for the day speaking to our full Year 12 about the importance of diet for good physical and mental health and wellbeing.

When giving feedback about the whole Wellbeing Day, students rated Summra's talk among the best and most useful elements of the programme with several commenting that they now feel better informed about how to make choices for their own diet and health.

Summra is an excellent speaker and very knowledgeable in her field. She has vast experience of the industry to draw on and was able to bring this to our college and pitch it at just the right level for the audience. I can recommend Summra very highly to anyone who is looking for an informative and engaging talk and workshop on the role of diet in promoting good health.

I had the pleasure of inviting Summra Nasir as a guest speaker for our Lifestyle Medicine Coaching Programme, where she delivered two sessions on “Breast Cancer, Diet & Preventative Measures.” Summra provided clear, evidence-based guidance on risk factors, nutrition, and practical lifestyle choices to support prevention. The sessions were very well received, with participants finding them highly useful and reporting that they learned a great deal. Her contribution was both informative and engaging, and a valuable addition to our programme.
