1 – Initial one-hour consultation – Here I will go through your usual eating habits and lifestyle and will provide you with a tailored diet plan. 

2 – Monthly 30-minute follow-up sessions – I’ll check in with you to see how things are going and whether any adjustments are needed.

I would recommend a minimum of 6 sessions, as after 6 months you will definitely notice a long-term change.

We need more nutrition and health education in schools, as empowering the youth with the knowledge in the early stages of life will provide them with the right tools later on in life.
