One-to-One Consultations

1 – Initial 1 hour consultation – Here I will go through your usual eating habits and lifestyle and will provide you with a tailored diet plan. 


2 – Monthly 30min follow up session’s – Here I will check in with you, to see how you are getting on and whether we need to adjust things accordingly. 

I would recommend 6 session’s, as after 6 month’s you will definitely see a change, long term.

Group Workshops

I run community group workshops on a number of different health topics, mainly for women, to help empower you with the knowledge and tools to better your health for good. Lifestyle and dietary change is a long term change and NOT a quick fix.

These are the main topics covered and the main health issues many people face but we can add topics of interest. By attending my 6 week workshop, you will be armed with the knowledge to make informed decisions on nourishing your body, mind and soul. It’s all about balance and you will learn this.
